If an item is purchased on sale, can I have it updated for free?
Our PIQIT items are standard and cannot be changed. If there is damage to the item caused by us, then that item will be replaced
I like a particular item but would prefer it in a custom finish of my choice
All finishes available for PIQIT items are currently on the site. If the finish isn’t available then we do not produce it.
I recently moved and in the move, a drawer handle was damaged on my dresser. What should I do?
Once a product leaves our showroom, is inspected by you and the way-bill is signed by you, certifying that the item is in good condition, all damages, or issues identified after that will not be covered by us for free. If any damage is noticed prior to leaving the showroom or signing a waybill, that item can be exchanged for another of the same or another item of equal value.
The movers lost the legs to my table. Can I get replacements from you?

We recommend that you use a damp cloth as our fabrics are scotch guarded

We offer one-year warranties on all our standard IO products. With our retail line PIQIT, the Warranty lasts for 3 months

Regulated Components are monitored and tested within the allowable ratios.‘Factory Wastes’ and off-cuts are recycled into useful components while smaller debris is carted away and turned into fuel for burners. We adhere to the highest degree of all Local and International Laws which promote and regulate human rights and workers welfare in the workplace. The Personal protection equipment (PPE) we provide our workers are approved and workers health conditions are monitored frequently.
