Shipping and Processing and In-Store Pick-Up:

Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate Us for the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase and delivering them to you. We encourage you to also review detailed information about our shipping and processing fees if they apply to your order. If you choose to pick up your item yourself, we will hold your order in the store for 30 days. After 30 days, we will return your item to the store floor or warehouse, as applicable, where it can be purchased by another customer. We will also not be issuing cash refunds but will provide store credit for the amount of your purchase.

Returns and Exchanges:

Please Note :  Shipping cost is an estimate based on weight, cost may vary on large or unusual package dimensions.

Once a product has left our showroom and has been inspected by you with the way-bill signed (by you) certifying that the item is in good condition, all damages or issues identified after that will not be covered by us for free. If any damage is noticed prior to leaving the showroom or signing a waybill, you can receive a  refund or that item can be exchanged for another of the same or another item of equal value.
