Shipping and Processing and In-Store Pick-Up:
Our shipping and processing charges cover the costs associated with processing your order, handling and packaging the products, and delivering them to you. We will hold your order in-store for 30 days. If not collected within this period, the item will be returned to the store floor or warehouse and made available for purchase by other customers. Please note that we do not issue cash refunds; instead, store credit will be provided for the full purchase amount.

Once a product has left our showroom and has been inspected by you with the way-bill signed (by you) certifying that the item is in good condition, all damages or issues identified after that will not be covered by us for free. If any damage is noticed prior to leaving the showroom or signing a waybill, you can receive a refund within 14 days or that item can be exchanged for another of the same or another item of equal value.
